By accessing or using Apollo Quant Trading ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The Platform provides algorithmic signal tools, market analysis, and backtesting capabilities for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes personal financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, security, or asset.

3. Risk Disclosure

All trading and investing involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any strategy, signal, or algorithm shown on this Platform is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

4. No Financial Advisory Relationship

Apollo Quant Trading is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Use of this Platform does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and Apollo Quant Trading.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform; (b) share account credentials; (c) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo Quant Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any signals or information provided.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
